Hannah currently serves as Director of Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) at Arsenal and has led the club’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy for the past four seasons.
Hannah brings extensive experience from a career in strategic consulting at Accenture prior to working at Arsenal and is passionate about using the power of football to tackle discrimination and drive positive social change.
Hannah joins additions to Kick It Out’s board of trustees over the last three seasons, which also include Premier League title winner and former Leicester City captain Wes Morgan, London City Lionesses Managing Director Sarah Batters, Dan Jones, a former partner at Deloitte and Head of Strategy at Design Bridge and Partners Matt Boffey.
Hannah said: “I’m excited to join Kick It Out as a new trustee. At Arsenal, we see every day how football can bring people together and create a sense of belonging across our communities.
“Kick It Out has played a crucial role in driving progress across our game, and we all have a duty to build on this work to make football more inclusive and welcoming for everyone.”
