Our Trustees
Sanjay Bhandari
Chair
Sanjay was appointed as Kick It Out chair in 2019 and is a frequent public commentator and recognised thought leader on inclusion. He has been a driving force in lobbying football and government for greater representation in many areas of the game and was pivotal in leading football governing bodies to help construct legislation for the new Online Safety Act.
Chris Paouros
Vice Chair
Chris is a charity and business leader with more than 25 years of experience. She is an anti-discrimination campaigner who believes football can be a positive force for social change. Paouros is a panel member for the Premier League Equality Diversity & Inclusion Standard, an Independent member of the FA’s Inclusion Advisory Board, a Board Member at the FSA, and Co-Chair of Proud Lilywhites.
Wes Morgan
Trustee
Wes made over 750 appearances for Nottingham Forest, Leicester City and the Jamaican national team. He enjoyed nine hugely successful years as captain at Leicester City, during which time he won the Championship (2014), Premier League (2016) and FA Cup (2021). Following his retirement, Morgan has helped inform the Premier League’s No Room For Racism Action Plan as part of the League’s Black Participants' Advisory Group.
Sarah Batters
Trustee
Sarah is a commercial leader with over 17 years' experience, most recently in football as Director of Partnerships at Southampton Football Club. She started her career at Procter & Gamble in financial analysis and strategy, moving into brand and marketing and more recently expanding into partnerships and sponsorship. Sarah's career has spanned 10 countries across Europe, ANZ and Asia resulting in broad consumer and market experience.
Di Mayze
Trustee
Di Mayze works as Global Head of Data and AI at creative transformation company WPP and holds over 25 years of marketing, data, and commercial experience. She is a transformational technical and data leader with a top Business School MBA, who is skilled at making complex subjects, particularly in data and AI, accessible. Mayze was named Data Champion 2021 by Data IQ and has also been shortlisted as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Data in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Dan Jones
Trustee
Dan is a Board Advisor and Business Strategy & Governance Expert, who is the former Global Lead Partner for Sports Business & Head of the Sports Business Group at Deloitte. He has advised clubs, leagues, governing bodies and commercial partners on a range of issues including strategic, commercial, financial, regulatory, organisational and structural matters. A media commentator on the business of sport for more than two decades, he is also the former editor of the Annual Review of Football Finance.
Kevin Miles
Trustee
Kevin Miles is the current Chief Executive of the Football Supporters Association and an Independent Trustee at Kick It Out. He has previously served as Chair of Show Racism the Red Card and Chief Executive of the Football Supporters Federation.
