Job description:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and creative candidate to join the award-winning Marketing department at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Graphic Designer on a fixed term, part-time basis. This role will form part of a Design team of four, producing assets across different areas of the club, and working in conjunction primarily with the extended Marketing team.

Contract and Hours: 24 hours per week, fixed term contract until 30 June 2026. Based in the office Monday – Wednesday.

Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Working with the graphic design team to fulfil briefs, taking ownership of certain products and working with stakeholders across the club to deliver requirements. Areas of involvement will include men’s and women’s matchdays, commercial products from retail to memberships, and Carrow Road, our non-matchday brand.
• Report back on the performance and progress in regular meetings with Senior Graphic Designer, who’ll you’ll report into.
• Assist in implementing and adhering to the club’s central brand and its sub-brands, playing a key role in ensuring they are consistently utilised and developed.
• Proactively find ways to improve processes and drive efficiencies in the clubs output.
• To act in a manner that supports the Club’s Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment.
