The Essex County FA are inviting applications for the voluntary role of Chair of their Inclusion Advisory Group (IAG), a vital position which will help shape the future of inclusive football across the county.
The successful candidate will not only lead the IAG in supporting the organisation’s equality, diversity and inclusion objectives, but will also be co-opted onto the Essex County FA Council as a full member. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions and ensure that football in Essex remains welcoming and accessible to all. The recruitment window closes on Sunday 26th October.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of grassroots football in Essex, as well as significant knowledge or experience of equality matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about inclusion to make a real impact on the local game.
