An amazing opportunity has arisen to work within our Academy as the Academy Director.
The successful candidate will lead & develop the Club's Academy football philosophy and performance plan, taking overall responsibility of the management and direction for Academy Coaching, Recruitment, Medical, Sports Science , Education and Operations whilst driving the vision of the Academy through strategic financial planning, football development and effective leadership of people.
