Raise Your Game

Raise Your Game is Kick It Out's unique mentoring and leadership programme, currently supported by the Premier League, which hosts events offering opportunities for people who aspire to work within the football industry.

Guests at Raise Your Game events receive one-to-one mentoring and guidance from experts across the football industry - including Coaching, Media and Communications, Player Engagement, Physiotherapy, Refereeing and Sports Science - as well taking part in bespoke careers workshops and panel discussions involving leading figures within the game.

Throughout the year, Kick It Out hosts a national conference, a Women's conference, and a number of Media and Coaching conferences - offering mentees the best chance of receiving targeted, relevant support for their future career path.

Launching in 2012, Raise Your Game evolved from the 'Leading The Way' mentoring and leadership series to a programme which has supported thousands of young people's career ambitions. Read more
