Job description:
We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in London. You will be responsible for leading financial administration whilst being the Operations Support lead for your designated Match Official groups. We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Operations or administration experience and/or a university degree in sports, business, or administration.
- Experience in managing financial and/or business processes.
- An understanding of the English football pyramid.
- The ability to focus on multiple projects, plan time effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- A high standard of numeracy and literacy and strong analytical capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and willingness to self-review.
- A confident communication style with excellent social and communication skills and ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
- The ability to act with diplomacy and safeguard sensitive information.
What you can expect to be involved in
- Analysing spend and support with forecasting and budget management.
- Invoice and expense administration to ensure they align with contractual agreements and budgets.
- Supporting day to day relationships with external suppliers and liaise with the Legal Department to review contracts.
- Operational and day to day support for your designated Match Official groups across both the Men’s and Women’s game.
- Assisting your designated Match Official Group with the delivery of the annual training programme, on-site VAR delivery where appropriate, and pre and post-match day administration.
