The Role
A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Head of Academy Operations & Administration to join us at Burnley Football Club.
About You
Come and join our Clarets family as our Head of Academy Operations & Administration!
The ideal candidate will have previous experience withing a professional football club, league or professional body, as well as exceptional administration skills.
You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.
Role Expectations
As the Head of Academy Operations & Administration, you will be expected to:
- Work with the Academy Manager to oversee the PGAAC audit process including the ongoing review and development of the Academy Performance Plan and audit tool.
- Manage the registrations for the U9-U18 players with the appropriate youth development and scholar forms ensuring adherence to FA, FIFA, EFL & PL rules and regulations.
- Oversee and lead the administrative requirements for Academy tours and tournaments.
