Job Title: Grounds Person (TG)

Hourly Rate: £12 per hour

Hours: Zero hours contract. To support our grounds operation primarily at weekends. The usual hours at weekends are 7.30am - 12.30pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

Location: American Express Elite Performance Centre, Lancing

Job Type: Casual, hourly paid

Support our amazing Grounds team at our Elite Football Performance Centre!

This role will support our full-time staff to prepare pitches and training areas for use and carrying out general works around our grounds to enhance the site presentation. You will be required to operate machinery and equipment, ensure it is kept clean and stored correctly.

 

We are looking for someone who will be able to support primarily at weekends, however there may be opportunities for additional hours during the week and on some evenings.

If you are passionate about kick starting your career in grounds maintenance, then we want to hear from you! You don’t need to hold any qualifications to be successful in this role, we will give you everything you need to succeed (except for drive, determination and motivation – which you will need to bring with you!).
