Job Purpose:


The club is currently looking to appoint a warehouse assistant at the London Stadium. We are looking for extremely hard working, reliable and flexible candidates to stock all our retail outlets, including the Stadium store of 15,000 square feet.

In this role you will be participating in our warehouse operations and activities, some responsibilities of this role include picking, packing and scanning orders, you will also help with regular stock takes and assist with other warehouse duties as necessary.

Previous experience working within a warehouse environment would be desirable, however the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment is essential. Preferred candidates will have previously worked to tight deadlines as well as possess the ability to adapt to changing circumstances quickly. A keen attention to detail and extremely organised mind-set is crucial. It is important that you are able to work shifts and flexible hours at peak times.


Key Responsibilities:

• Checking and putting away deliveries, counting goods received.
• Stock control - maintain accurate counting/checking of stock.
• Picking and packing of stock.
• Loading / unloading deliveries.
• Completing diary logs of all incoming deliveries.
• Reporting of any discrepancies to your line manager and work on solving the issue.
• General Housekeeping, ensuring the warehouse is kept tidy and organised.
• Operate and maintain any warehouse equipment to a high standard.
• Communicate and co-operate with your co-workers and managers.
• Carry out duties requested by your manager.
