In one episode we follow the production team behind Getting the Third Degree, the play we commissioned about the extraordinary life of Laurie Cunningham which toured the country throughout Black History Month.

We also present highlights of two panel discussions we hosted on the show, featuring ex-Tottenham and England defender Ledley King and Renee Hector, who was racially abused by a fellow player last season.

Elsewhere, we take an in-depth look at the Rooney Rule with two academics who say clubs not obeying it should face points deductions and fines.

We also go back behind the scenes at Welling United as they bid to make the first round of the FA Cup. But can they avoid a banana skin against their lowly opponents?
