The Opportunity:
The role of IT Support Technician within the Management Information Systems Department is to work as part of the Service Delivery team to deliver effective high quality 1st/2nd line support service to all UCFB staff, students and visitors as required across all UCFB campus and office locations.

Working as a key member of the team the post holder will be responsible for the day to day support of the core IT hardware and infrastructure.

About You:
The successful candidate will have 1+ years’ experience of working in a front-line IT support role and be experienced in working with an IT service desk and IT service management processes.
