You will:
• Work alongside the Football and Sports Officer to plan and lead delivery at a HAF camp during school holidays
• Recruit young people aged 8-18 to the Kicks weekly sessions, ensuring a high-quality offer which attracts and retains participants
• Identify and work with partners to ensure the PL Kicks project is well promoted and provides inclusive opportunities for all young people to attend
• Provide regular internal and external competitions and events for young people to participate in
• Work with other Football Club Charitable Organisations to arrange for players at the Kicks session to play against others from outside the Wigan borough
• Support young people and signpost to other relevant colleagues/partners where applicable
• Run health and lifestyle workshops for young people involved in Kicks and other Community Trust projects
• Support the delivery of youth intervention projects and work with colleagues to ensure high standards are met
• Monitor activities in-line with funders requirements including weekly registers and evaluation forms completion.

• Interpersonal skills to build relationships with professionals and participants
• A clear passion to enhance life chances of young people
• A will to work with hard to reach young people to achieve successful outcomes
• Experience of project co-ordination to achieve positive results
