Duties include:

Implementing a performance psychology programme which is integrated into the broader player development strategy, that prepares players for the demands of being an elite footballer, both on and off the field; supports the transition of players into the professional game; supports players aged 12-16 navigate the broader factors they may face during this stage of development, including scholarship decisions, entry and departure from the programme, school demands and GCSE’s, variety of training programmes (full-time, part-time, hybrid), broader socio-emotional dynamics.
