Placement expectations
The successful applicant will join the Commercial department. This internship is a great opportunity to gain industry experience to start a career at an elite level.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Partnerships, the successful applicant will be expected to:

• Working on the delivery team for commercial and local brands partnerships, helping to fulfil partnership rights.
• Supporting the wider team with collating signed merchandise, tickets, and artwork.
• Supporting on partnership sales research and creation of a database of local businesses.
• Production of a partnership newsletter with roundup of brands and partnerships weekly.
• Research into best practice.
• Collation of sales assets.
• Coordinating hospitality.
• Coordinating events for networking.
• To be able to work flexible hours where the role of the job requires.
• Promote the Burnley Football Club brand and ethos in a professional, strong and positive manner.
• Hold a commitment to equality and diversity in the workplace and a willingness to undertake all relevant equality and diversity training.

Education and experience required:

• Undergraduate Degree or working towards.
• Hard working and ambitious to succeed.
• A positive attitude and personality who can bring a noticeable impact to our environment.
• Shows initiative, has confidence in own ability with a positive attitude towards undertaking any aspect of the job role.
• Displays no prejudice when working with others.
• Self-motivated, with expectation of self and others.
• A commitment to the aims, vision, and values of Burnley FC.
• Enthusiasm, energy, and resilience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Passion for football (desirable).
