The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a restaurant environment, and an understanding of nutrition and high-quality food products/flavour is desirable. This is a fantastic role for someone with the ability to work well under pressure with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Liase with relevant Academy Staff, Sports Science and Academy Manager to ensure that the Academy Players are catered for appropriately ahead of training and fixtures
• Prepare, cook and serve a variety of high-quality menus from the onsite Academy restaurant to all Academy players, staff and guests
• Organise, prepare and develop menus, incorporating the Club’s nutrition ethos and diet provisions, working within a budget
• Prepare pre-match and post-match meals for the required age groups as and when required
• Order the necessary provisions to be adequately stocked, as well as maintain stock control for the Academy vending and coffee machines
• Ensure cleaning schedules and daily record sheets are complied, completed and organised accordingly
• To act in a manner that supports the Club’s Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment
