Clarisse Smith – Professional Clubs Equality Officer (Midlands) Expand Clarisse is Kick It Out’s contact for professional clubs in the Midlands, supporting them to develop and enhance their equality and inclusion work across all areas of the club. Clarisse assists clubs in achieving the Premier League’s Equality Standard and the EFL’s Code Of Practice, focusing on both internal and external equality practices and policies.
Louis Bamgboye – Reporting Officer Expand Louis works alongside fellow Reporting Officer George Chambers to deal with all reports of discrimination in professional and grassroots football. He implements and enhances reporting processes and procedures in both areas of the game. Louis supports individual complainants through the reporting process, and works closely with football’s governing bodies to help reduce the risk of incidents occurring through training, communication and the further promotion and development of reporting mechanisms.
George Chambers – Reporting Officer Expand George works alongside fellow Reporting Officer Louis Bamgboye to deal with all reports of discrimination in professional and grassroots football. He implements and enhances reporting processes and procedures in both areas of the game. George supports individual complainants through the reporting process, and works closely with football’s governing bodies to help reduce the risk of incidents occurring through training, communication and the further promotion and development of reporting mechanisms.
Arran Williams – Northern Grassroots Officer Expand Arran supports the implementation and delivery of Kick It Out’s work in grassroots football. He provides support on Kick It Out's reporting processes and procedures in the grassroots game, and works in close partnership with The Football Association and County FAs (CFAs) to support their equality work. Arran also supports the delivery of Kick It Out's Grassroots Activity Fund, which offers financial and logistical support to applicants running events or initiatives that facilitate diversity and equality in football.
Sarah Train – Professional Clubs Equality Officer (Southern) Expand Sarah is Kick It Out’s contact for professional clubs in the South, supporting them to develop and enhance their equality and inclusion work across all areas of the club. Sarah assists clubs in achieving the Premier League’s Equality Standard and the EFL’s Code Of Practice, focusing on both internal and external equality practices and policies.
Maamun Hajmahmoud – Office Manager Expand Maamun is responsible for the management of the Kick It Out office, including overseeing building and grounds maintenance, security, space management and resources. He supports in the smooth running of day-to-day operations and distributes resources to football clubs, helping to coordinate the logistics for dedicated games and other events.
Crystal Davis – Raise Your Game Cooordinator Expand Crystal’s primary role is to help with the operational activity for the Raise Your Game series, helping to plan, organise and coordinate the events, as well as supporting the delivery of a PR and communications strategy for Kick It Out's mentoring work.
Dylan Williams - Digital Marketing Manager Expand Dylan supports the Head of Brand, Communications and Marketing to ensure the smooth running of Kick It Out's social media platforms, website and e-communications. He leads a range of marketing projects, including campaigns and asset development, and is responsible for building the organisation's social media and online presence.
Tajean Hutton – Grassroots Manager Expand Tajean is responsible for the implementation and delivery of Kick It Out’s work in grassroots football. He also supports Kick It Out's reporting processes and procedures in the grassroots game, as well as working in close partnership with The Football Association and County FAs (CFAs) to support their equality work. Troy Townsend – Head of Development Expand Troy supports aspiring individuals looking to break into the football industry by delivering mentoring conferences and supplying work placements both regionally and nationally. A key part of his work is addressing gaps in representation across all areas of the game. He delivers equality and diversity workshops to English Football League (EFL) scholars with the League Football Education (LFE).
Hollie Varney – Head of Brand, Communications and Marketing Expand Hollie leads the marketing and communications function at Kick It Out and is responsible for the development and management of the organisation's brand and industry presence. She also devises communications and campaign strategies, working alongside a range of key stakeholders.
Keeley Baptista – Head of Partnerships Expand Keeley monitors the delivery of all agreed work programmes and manages the relationships with existing partnerships, as well as developing new partnerships to support our work in the game. Keeley leads Kick It Out’s work in the professional game, including the organisation's involvement with both the Premier League’s Equality Standard and the EFL’s Code of Practice, as well as planned events and campaigning activities with clubs.
