Clarisse Smith – Professional Clubs Equality Officer (Midlands)

Clarisse is Kick It Out’s contact for professional clubs in the Midlands, supporting them to develop and enhance their equality and inclusion work across all areas of the club.

Clarisse assists clubs in achieving the Premier League’s Equality Standard and the EFL’s Code Of Practice, focusing on both internal and external equality practices and policies.

Louis Bamgboye – Reporting Officer

Louis works alongside fellow Reporting Officer George Chambers to deal with all reports of discrimination in professional and grassroots football. He implements and enhances reporting processes and procedures in both areas of the game.

Louis supports individual complainants through the reporting process, and works closely with football’s governing bodies to help reduce the risk of incidents occurring through training, communication and the further promotion and development of reporting mechanisms.

Arran Williams – Northern Grassroots Officer

Arran supports the implementation and delivery of Kick It Out’s work in grassroots football. He provides support on Kick It Out's reporting processes and procedures in the grassroots game, and works in close partnership with The Football Association and County FAs (CFAs) to support their equality work.

Arran also supports the delivery of Kick It Out's Grassroots Activity Fund, which offers financial and logistical support to applicants running events or initiatives that facilitate diversity and equality in football.

Maamun Hajmahmoud – Office Manager
