News & Media News Applications now open to join ASPIRE youth advisory board Kick It Out are delighted to announce we are recruiting new members for ASPIRE, our youth advisory board for 16-21 year olds. The board helps the organisation better understand the issues affecting young people in the areas of equality and diversity – and how best to address them. This is a fantastic opportunity to play an active role in influencing Kick It Out's work and become an ambassador for football’s leading equality and inclusion charity. Kick It Out is looking for individuals who are: Passionate about equality Interested in football Willing to share opinions and ideas Looking to become future champions of equality in football You will gain: An understanding of the role that Kick It Out plays within football Valuable contacts within the game to aid your future career progression An understanding of the benefits of equality and diversity within football Opportunities to attend football events Leadership skills The group will meet four times a year to guide Kick It Out on specific projects, events and initiatives. Members also have the chance to attend training and development days. Applications are now open and close on Monday 4 March.
