Kick It Out is seeking to appoint a research partner to help monitor and evaluate our new Mentoring and Leadership project.
The new scheme, which has been developed with a grant from the Equality and Human Rights Commission, will help address gaps in representation across the game from groups who are currently represented, including ethnic minorities, women, LGBT community and individuals with a disability.
A research partner is required to help to devise methods of capturing data on the participants involved and will also help to evaluate the successes of the project, and assist with producing a final written report.
Any individual or organization interested in putting themselves forward for this piece of work should contact the Mentoring & Leadership Project Manager, Earl Barrett on earl@kickitout.org.
The closing date for expressions of interest is Monday 16th August.
